Als Fachbauleiter für Elektro & Leittechnik in der RWE-Bauleitung betreute und koordinierte ich die Hauptauftragnehmer zu folgenden Bereichen:

• Brandmelde- und Feuerlöschanlagen von der Installation zur Montageendkontrolle hin zur Sachverständigenabnahme, der Inbetriebsetzung und Übergabe an die Betreibergesellschaft

Während dieser Zeit war ich, nach DIN EN 0833, der Betreiber der Brandmeldeanlage.

• Aufbau, Instandhaltung und regelmäßige Prüfung der Baustrom- und Bautelekommunikationsanlagen
• Sicherheitsorientierte Anpassung temporärer Installationen von Brandmeldern, Fluchtwegbeleuchtung, Baubeleuchtung, Evakuierungsalarmierungen und Notruftelefoneinrichtungen
• Energieableitung beider 1100 MW Blockanlagen hin zum 400 kV-Schaltfeld
• Koordinator, nach BaustellV § 3, für die 4 Treppentürme, dem Schlitzbunker, des 400 kV-Schaltfeldes und fünf weiteren Schaltanlagengebäuden
• Erdungs- und Blitzschutzmontagen während der Rohbauphasen
• Zutrittskontrollsysteme, Ausweisstelle und videounterstützte Baustellenüberwachungsanlage
• Medientechnik für Schulungs- und Präsentationsveranstaltungen
• Werks- und Baustellenabnahmen von komplexen Schaltanlagen und BlackBoxen
• Durchführung von Montageendkontrollen im Bereich der HKL, der Anlagen- und Maschinentechnik
• Anbindung der kraftwerkseitigen Freileitungen zum Einspeisepunkt des Netzbetreibers
• Wirk-Prinzip-Prüfungen zwischen Brandmelde- und Löschanlagen, Evakuierungsanlagen, HKL- und Aufzugssteuerungen

Das gestellte Aufgabenspektrum begann mit dem LOOP-Check und der Prüfung aller Niederund Mittelspannungsschaltanlagen. Schließlich mündete meine Aufgabe in der Leitung der Task-Force-Gruppe für den gesamten MSR-Bereich.

Die Tätigkeitsbereiche im Einzelnen waren:

• Koordination und Betreuung von bis zu 6 Teams beim LOOP-Check an der Masterlinie 1und Sammelkomponenten innerhalb dieser MVA
• Funktionsprüfung und Vorkalibrierung aller regelungstechnischen Bauteile
• Prüfung mittels Signalaustausch aller MSR- und Analysekomponenten zum Leitsystem
• Überprüfung der Signalisierung von Funktionsgruppen im Leitsystem
• Funktionskontrolle der Nieder- und Mittelspannungsschaltanlagen anhand des Single-Line-Diagram und Prüfung sämtlicher Schutzfunktionen
• Leitung der Task-Force-Gruppe zur Behebung von Montage- und Installationsmängel

Durch umfangreiche technische Anpassungen und Änderungen war die verfahrenstechnische Dokumentation dieser neuen Müllverbrennungsanlage vor Beginn des Probebetriebes nicht vollständig bzw. fehlerhaft.
Meine Aufgabe bestand darin, die vorgefundene Anlagendokumentation auf Plausibilität zu prüfen und qualitativ zu ergänzen.

My assembly inspection began with the actual status analysis of processed building components, including P&I schedules and parts lists. Significant assembly failures that took place between the planning phase and the actual local situation were written down in a notice of defect.

Fields of activity during the "cold" commissioning phase were:

• Functional testing of all drive components
• Inspection and assurance of signal exchanges in all Measuring and Instrumentation analysis components
• Qualitative inspection of all system documentation with respect to plausibility and completeness
• Execution of technical changes and supplements made by the client
• Buildup and adjustment of the BUS-connections to the subsuppliers´ black boxes
• Test run and adjustment of the various functional groups in the process control system
• Preparation of application concepts for filling/emptying of silo transport vehicles
• Compilation of operating and maintenance instructions for the loading process of hearth-type furnace charocal, hydrated lime, caustic lime and ammonia
• Requirement-oriented programming of procedual operation processes

Fields of activity during the "hot" commissioning phase were:

• Execution of procdural targets with respect to emmission values (CO2, Hg, NOX, NH3, HCl, and SO2) energy extraction and waste reduction during the four-week´s test run
• Permanent technical support of the shift workers
• Instruction and training of the operating team 

Activities after delivery of the plant:

• Support service of the operating company with regard to additional installation and replacement activities within the flue gas purification plant

Meine Aufgaben:

• Montageaufsicht und Leitung der elektrischen Inbetriebnahme der neuen Pkw-Lackierstraße im Unterdruckverfahren, bestückt mit 4 Lackierrobotern und einbinden in das vorhandene BUS-System von BMW.
• Tägliche Abstimmungs- und Koordinierungsgespräche mit dem Auftraggeber BMW,
• den Produktionsleitern und den beteiligten Gewerken und Subunternehmen.

Sole compilation of the entire documentation for the construction of the new co-generation power station which is lighted with mixed-gas at ThyssenKrupp-Stahl AG´s site.

Due to the insolvency of the Babcock company, beubg the general contractor for this project, most of the documentation for the power station was not prepared, respectively was incomplete. I was assigned to prepare the documentation in line with the contractual terms. Since the RWE project management had a direct contractual relationship with all suppliers, I assumed the sole responsibility for the coordination, inspection and implementation of RWE´s standards system for the delivery of computer data and documentation.

This essentially involved the following activities:

• Viewing and listing of the existing documentation
• Incorporation in the agreed contractual classification and numbering system
• Qualitative inspection of the documentation with regard to plausibility and completensess
• Buildup and maintenance of the data processing structure
• Inspection, conversion and further treatament of the external data material, if necessary
• Compilation of the documents required for the calculation of the first revision
• Assistance in the buildup of a network for investigation purposes within the documentation
• Composing of the operating manual for the effective use of the research database

Support activities in the evaluation of documents requiring revision, for a sheetmetal factory and forging press plant within the fine tools engineering.

Implementation of the automation techniques and modules in the revised product and operating documentation´s.
